First I want to make it very clear that this board is in no way affiliated with J.K Rowling, Bloomsbury, or Warner Brothers, and therefore no profit is being made from the activities on this board. Harry Potter in it's whole is copyright to the aforementioned parties, and no copyright infringement is intended whatsoever.
Secondly, Iurare Sollemniter (Solemnly Swear) and all it's staff will not be held accountable for any user or users, who posted personal information or the like at their own discretion, being trolled, harassed, or for any other malicious action taken against those users. This being said Iurare Sollemniter is a haven that does not tolerate trolling, harassment, and like malicious activities, and any account caught partaking in such activities will have their account terminated immediately, and at the discretion of the Administrator.
To add to this, Iurare Sollemniter's Administration team has the right to, at any time and without notice, terminate your account.
Also I wish for it to be known that there are many ages of people who roleplay, and Iurare Sollemniter does not have a minimum age requirement to apply, so I hope for every user to take into consideration that although they may be over the age of 18, some people may not be, and that it is wise to keep any racy content minimal as to prevent any possible legal action being taken against any party. This is a very important, any racy content that is occurring with a minor, or in the view of a minor can have serious repercussions, that could range from a warning on your account, to contacting the proper authorities. This is not something we will tolerate, at all. And we very much hope we never have to take actions against anyone in regards to this sort of situation.
